CANCELLATIONS
Print Products (fulfilled by Printify)
Orders are sent directly to production after payment and can’t be changed or canceled. Please double-check your details before completing your order.
Digital Goods
Digital items (except custom digital orders) are instant downloads and can’t be canceled once payment is complete. But I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need help downloading or have any issues, email me at hi.elianeluella@outlook.com, and I’ll help sort it out.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Print Products (fulfilled by Printify)
Because items are made to order, I can only accept returns or refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If there’s a problem, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hi.elianeluella@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and I’ll help sort it out.

Estimated delivery times:
UK: 7–14 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
US, Canada, Australia: 10–25 business days
Please note: Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

You’ll receive instant access to your downloads by email as soon as payment is confirmed. No physical items will be shipped.
IMPORTANT
Please check your shipping details carefully. Once an order is placed, the delivery address can’t be changed.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by holidays, customs delays, or other local conditions.
