I’m the author of Glim Plan, an eight-pillar life plan for building a life that fits you with what you already have. The eight pillars are gratitude, purpose, mind, body, joy, love, action and reset.
The first six give you a structure for your whole life. The seventh shows you how to turn the plan into small steps you can take. These steps are called glims. The eighth helps you reset when life disrupts the plan.
