Answered questions
What’s the goal of these 3 weeks?
Build one habit you can repeat without thinking.
Not perfection.
Not a full routine.
Just one action that sticks.
How small should my habit be?
Small enough that you can do it on your busiest, most chaotic day.
If it only works when life is calm, it’s too big.
What if I miss a day?
Start again the next day.
No restarting the whole thing.
No guilt.
No making up for it. Just continue.
How do I know if my habit is working?
You think about it less.
You avoid it less.
You get it done faster.
Small signs of ease mean it’s becoming part of your patterns.
What should I do when my motivation drops?
Lower the bar.
Cut the habit in half.
Do the simplest version.
Smaller steps bring motivation back.
Should I track my habit every day?
Only if it keeps you focused.
If it becomes a chore or adds pressure, skip it.
The habit matters more than the tracking.
Can I build more than one habit at a time?
You can build more than one habit if you can handle it.
If journalling and jogging both fit into your real life and you can stay consistent, do both.
If not, keep it to one.
One habit builds consistency.
You can add more later.
What do I do after the 3 weeks?
The habit should feel like part of your baseline.
If it’s still not sticking, Glim Shift guides you through the full system.
It’s designed for deeper work across your life, not just habits.
What if my habit feels too easy?
If your habit feels too easy, there are a few reasons.
You might be skipping steps.
Or it might already be part of your baseline and doesn’t need much work.
Keep going until it’s clearly stable.
Once it’s stable, stop there and stack the next habit.
10. What if I don’t feel any different yet?
Keep going.
Habits change how you operate before they change how you feel.
Results show up after the reps, not before.
